The chapel is located on a 100-meter promontory near the town of Glossa and offers breathtaking views. Reaching the beach involves air travel followed by a boat or catamaran ride. Skopelos does not have its own airport, but the nearest air connections are on the island of Skiathos and at Volos on the mainland. From these locations, visitors can take a boat or catamaran to reach Skopelos. Once on the island, Agios Ioannis Beach is easily accessible. Additionally, there is parking available for those who choose to drive to the beach.
