Agios Petros Beach

Agios Petros Beach, situated in Kato Agios Petros, Greece, is a well-known tourist destination known for its stunning natural beauty. The beach is easily accessible by car and is just 3 kilometers from the port and 500 meters from the provincial road. It provides a spectacular view of the beach of St. Peter. Despite its popularity, Agios Petros Beach does not have any facilities available on the beach. However, there are beach bars that offer umbrellas for shade, and there is plenty of open space for visitors to enjoy. Tourists frequent Agios Petros Beach for activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking. Overlooking the bay is the peaceful chapel of Agios Petros, situated on top of a hill. Despite the beach's popularity, it can get crowded and noisy at times, and some visitors have raised concerns about the cleanliness of the beach. Despite these concerns, many consider Agios Petros to be one of the best sandy beaches in Andros.
