Ayazma Plajı, also known as Ayazma Sahili, is a scenic beach located in the coastal town of Mesudiye, in the western part of Mudanya, Bursa. The beach is situated directly across from the Istanbul Strait and adjacent to Tirilye. Besides its coastal appeal, the beach's location near the Karacabey Longozları, a green area with a long sandy beach, a peaceful village square, and a beautiful lakeside with various shades of green trees, adds to its natural charm.
The beach is known for its large, fine sand and clear sea. Despite being a virgin area, which indicates its natural and untouched characteristics, the beach is quite spacious and wide, providing ample space for visitors. However, the sea can be choppy at times due to high winds, and there is a risk of rip currents. Algae may also be present in the water, but the sea temperature is generally pleasant.
Ayazma Plajı is equipped with several amenities for the convenience of its visitors. There are free-to-use showers, changing cabins, and toilets, although cleanliness can sometimes be an issue due to the behavior of some guests. The beach can be reached by traveling to Zeytinbağı in Mudanya, Bursa. It is located 43 km away from Bursa, 24 km away from Mudanya, 8 km away from Karacabey Boğazı, and 7 km away from Eşkel Limanı. It is also accessible from Istanbul via a 2-hour ferry transfer.
