Bai Duong Beach

Bai Duong Beach is a tourist area located in Binh An commune, Kien Luong district, Kien Giang Province. It is part of a complex of relics and landscapes that includes Hang Pagoda and Hon Chong. The beach is known for its natural beauty, characterized by green mountains, blue water, undulating hills, and magical caves. The beach itself stretches for about 2km and is set against the backdrop of Chua Hang mountain, which is home to many natural caves and stalactites eroded by sea water thousands of years ago. In front of the beach, there are several islands including Kien Vang island, Hon Trem, Phu Tu island, and others, contributing to the charming and poetic landscape. The sand at Bai Duong Beach is golden and gentle, with waves lapping softly at the shore. Above the beach, old perennial trees provide cool shade. The sea water is not very clear, but it is still suitable for swimming. However, the sea is quite shallow near the shore, and one would have to swim further out to reach deeper waters. Despite its beauty, the beach is not crowded, possibly due to its proximity to restaurants. There are also not many accommodations available in the area, suggesting a need for further development. However, the beach's remote location and lack of crowds contribute to its peaceful and safe atmosphere.
