Plage du Corps de Garde, locally known as Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, is a serene beach nestled in the Côtes d'Armor region of France. It is highly regarded for its untouched and tranquil ambiance, making it a perfect escape for those seeking peace and relaxation.

The beach is located in the commune of Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, which forms part of a stretch of six beaches along the English Channel. It is the wildest and most peaceful of the three beaches in the region, extending from the avant-port dike to the rocks of the Rognouse point. The beach's natural surroundings boast a beautiful combination of sandy shores and pebbles, with high cliffs and the GR 34 coastal path adding to its untouched charm.

One of the unique features of Plage du Corps de Garde is its zigzag access ramp, known as Suavé-Galerne, which makes it easy to identify. This beach can be accessed either by foot via the GR 34 trail or by boat, providing a sense of adventure to the journey. The beach is also overlooked by the customs officers' path and is adjacent to a municipal campsite called Les Fauvettes.

Despite its natural beauty, Plage du Corps de Garde is less known compared to other beaches in the area, resulting in fewer crowds. This allows visitors to fully enjoy the serene environment and the soothing sound of the sea. It is also a suitable location for swimming and fishing, however, it's important to note that the beach is unsupervised by lifeguards.

To reach the beach from the nearby town of Binic, visitors can take the D786 road towards St-Quay-Portrieux and follow the signs to the beach. As for parking, the beach does not have its own parking lot. The nearest parking option is at Super U, which is approximately 900 meters away.

While Plage du Corps de Garde does not offer specific amenities and services, its natural charm, tranquility, and seclusion from usual tourist crowds make it a unique and rewarding destination.
