Dampalitan Beach is a popular destination located just three hours from Manila. It is accessible via a 20-minute boat ride. The beach is known for its relaxing environment, making it an ideal spot for groups of friends. It features a stunning mix of white sand and volcanic rocks, providing a unique and beautiful landscape.

The beach is also a good place to pitch tents, offering visitors the opportunity to stay overnight. However, visitors are advised to bring their own supplies, including food and drinking water, as there is only a small store on the island. Additionally, there is no water supply on the island, but water can be purchased from the store.

Despite its natural beauty, the beach has been criticized for its lack of amenities. The toilets on the island have been described as unhygienic and dirty. Moreover, there are no water faucets on the island, and the water sold in buckets is of questionable quality.

Visitors are also advised to exercise caution when swimming, especially at night, due to the presence of potentially dangerous marine life such as the box jellyfish. It is also recommended to bring a first aid kit and basic medicines, as the nearest hospital is quite far away, located in Unisan.

While the beach can offer a quick getaway, it is not typically crowded, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for visitors. However, the lack of amenities and the cost of water may deter some visitors. It is hoped that the facilities at Dampalitan Beach will improve in the future.
