Plage des Ayguades is a family-friendly beach located in the hamlet of Ayguades, in Gruissan, Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon, France. The sandy beach, known for its clear water, extends for approximately 1.5 kilometers and is an extension of Mateille Beach. For the convenience of disabled individuals, there are accessible facilities including ramps at posts 4 and 5 and amphibious beach wheelchairs at post 4. There is also a disabled access point on Avenue de la Jonque.

Despite being a popular destination, especially during the summer, Plage des Ayguades manages to maintain a relaxed atmosphere without being overly crowded, even during peak times.
Parking at Plage des Ayguades is limited, and it is recommended for visitors to use bicycles or park at the northern end of the beach near the league, bordering Narbonne. The beach is easily accessible by foot from the center of the Ayguades hamlet. It can also be reached by bus, followed by a short 10-minute walk, or by bike, making it a convenient destination for families with children.
