Cala El Frailecillo

Cala El Frailecillo, also known as Puffin Cove, is a small beach located in the region of Roche. It is the first cove that visitors encounter when leaving the Roche urbanization on the way to the Conil lighthouse. As such, it is advisable to visit the cove during low tide, when there is more sand space and the rocks are more visible. Parking is available in a designated area along the lighthouse road. However, visitors are urged to respect the local flora and avoid parking on the side of the road, which is prohibited and can create dangerous conditions. If parking is not available, visitors are encouraged to seek parking on the streets of the urbanization or visit the nearby beaches of Roche, Conil, or Chiclana. The cove is a popular destination, but visitors are asked to respect the environment and ensure they leave no litter behind. There are containers nearby for waste disposal. Despite its popularity, the cove maintains a sense of tranquility and offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
