Known for its natural beauty, the beach spans nearly 500 meters and is characterized by a mixture of white and black sand, interspersed with stones. Adding to the allure of its landscape are the striking cliffs, caves, and rock pools that house diverse marine life, such as fish and crabs.

Despite its tranquil and unspoiled surroundings, the beach is known for its strong waves, making it a popular spot among surfers, but caution is advised for swimmers. Furthermore, the beach is recognized as an ideal location for practicing nudism.

Reaching Playa de Garcey involves traversing the FV-605 road from the town of Pájara towards La Pared and Costa Calma. After covering approximately 1.5 kilometers, a detour towards Ajuy is required.
