The area surrounding Glaroi Beach is largely undeveloped, with the Chios-Kardamilla highway and impressive cliffs being the main features. Camping is not allowed, so visitors will need to seek accommodation in nearby villages. The closest settlement is the fishing village of Vrontados, which is just four kilometers away.
The best times to visit Glaroi Beach are at the end of spring, the beginning of summer, or during September and October. These periods offer a more relaxed and pleasant experience, avoiding the high temperatures and large crowds of tourists that are common in July and August.
