Grebe Beach

Grebe Beach is a stunning beach located along the Helford Passage. It is known for its beautiful natural surroundings, including lush woodlands and calm waters. The beach is primarily pebbly, but its beauty is enhanced by the tropical-looking trees lining the area. The beach offers gorgeous views and is a popular spot for rock climbing and exploring. The beach is accessible through a scenic walk down through the woodlands from the National Trust carpark. The carpark is spacious and visitors are strongly advised to park there instead of on the nearby lane. The carpark charges a fee, but it is free for National Trust members. Grebe Beach is also dog-friendly, making it a great spot for dog owners. However, visitors are reminded to keep their dogs under control for the enjoyment of all. The beach is particularly picturesque when the sun hits the opposite side, with many boats often anchored along the passage. It is especially enjoyable on a summer evening when it's not busy. In addition to the main beach, there are several other beaches in the area that can be accessed through different paths from the carpark. One of these paths leads to a private beach that can be accessed by paying to walk through the gardens. The area is also home to several National Trust gardens, some of which allow dogs on leads.
