Hutley's Beach is a peaceful coastal location situated near Clacton and Jaywick in Essex. It is characterized by its rocky front and a mix of pebble and sand. However, the terrain can be challenging, with areas where the path ends and cobblestones begin, which may pose a risk for potential ankle injuries. The beach gradually transitions from sand to a muddy, shingly, and rocky landscape towards the far end of Jaywick Beach. Despite the sharp stones, Hutley's Beach is a pleasant location, although it may not be the best choice for sunbathing or casual strolling compared to other local resort beaches. It provides easy access to the narrow strip of shingle spit beaches, Colne Point and Sandy Point. In terms of amenities, Hutley's Beach offers a small market for visitors, along with options for children's games. There are also several food options available. Nearby, there is free parking and a small amusement arcade for additional entertainment. The beach is easily accessible, being just a short distance away from St Osyth and surrounded by four caravan parks. These parks provide additional entertainment options for tourists visiting the area.
