Playa Juan Dolio, also known as Playa Oasis I Juan Dolio, is a public beach located in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic, within the municipality of San Pedro de Macoris. The beach is located in the community of Juan Dolio – Guayacanes and is operated by the Ayuntamiento de Guayacanes. It is recognized for its natural tranquility and beauty, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a serene environment.
The beach is nestled in a picturesque bay and is characterized by its clean, white sand and clear turquoise waters. Playa Juan Dolio is not typically crowded, which adds to its tranquility. However, as it is a public beach, there may occasionally be some litter present. The beach is surrounded by coconut trees, further enhancing its natural charm.
Playa Juan Dolio is equipped with several amenities for the comfort of its visitors. Lifeguards are present for safety, and water monitoring is conducted to maintain the quality of the water. This recognition is a result of a collaborative effort by the community of Juan Dolio – Guayacanes, Defensa Civil, CESTUR, Ayuntamiento de Guayacanes, Fundación Propagas, and the IDARD.
