Kapari Beach is not far from Chora, the main town of Mykonos. There are various ways to reach the beach from different locations on the island. From the airport, the beach is 6 km away, from the new port it is 9 km away, and from the town, it is 5.5 km away. Visitors can use an online pre-booked transfer service or arrange a pickup by a local driver. Car rental is also an option for those who want to explore other places of interest at their own pace. Public transfers like buses are available as well. The bus route from Mykonos town (Fabrika) to Agios Ioannis, which is close to Kapari Beach, has several departures during the day. The bus routes from the airport and the new port to Kapari also involve a transfer at Fabrika. Visitors are advised to inform the bus driver about their final destination in advance, as buses may not always stop at every scheduled stop.
