Katevasidi Beach is a small, secluded beach located at the end of a narrow road. The beach is known for its soft sand, which extends about 100 meters into the water before reaching shoulder depth. The beach is also characterized by its peaceful atmosphere, with few visitors even during peak hours. However, the beach lacks natural shade, except from the cliffs until 1pm.
Access to the beach is via a steep, bumpy road that requires a high-clearance vehicle. There are several parking options along the road, including a spot for one car at the end of the road, a small orchard that can accommodate about three cars 200 meters from the end, and additional parking for two or three cars at the main road on top. However, the road is narrow and difficult to turn around on, so drivers should exercise caution.
The final stretch of the path to the beach is particularly challenging, with a steep, potentially muddy descent that requires proper footwear. Despite the difficult access, many visitors find the tranquil beauty of the beach well worth the effort. The beach is also a popular spot for watching the sunset, offering a serene escape from more touristy areas.
