Plage de Keriec

Plage de Keriec is a picturesque beach located in the commune of Trélévern, within the Côtes-d'Armor department of Bretagne, France. Nestled on the granite coast, this charming beach offers stunning views across the bay to Les Sept Isles, and is particularly appreciated for its beautiful sunset views over the sea, with the silhouette of Tomé Island in the background. The beach is characterized by its fine sand and calm sea, making it a popular spot for a variety of activities such as swimming, volleyball, barbecues, and late-night picnics. During the summer season, the sea is also warmed up, making it suitable for night swimming. One unique feature of Plage de Keriec is a small river that flows into the sea, providing a source of entertainment for children. To reach the beach, visitors can follow the one-way road towards the coast and turn right just before the church, following the signs to the beach. Despite its charm and appeal, Plage de Keriec remains a relatively quiet spot, even during local village fetes, which are held in a field above the beach. The lack of extensive development and the preservation of its natural beauty contribute to the beach's allure, creating a serene coastal retreat for visitors.
