Plage de Kerver is a scenic beach situated on the Rhuys 56 peninsula. It is distinguished by its fine white sand and the tranquil sound of its waves. The beach is surrounded by a dune, offering a serene environment for activities such as sunbathing, picnicking, or swimming in the bay of Quiberon. Additionally, the beach is located near a golf course, further enhancing the array of recreational activities available in the vicinity.
The beach is separated into various sections, with one area designated for naturists. This section can be reached via the second wooden staircase on the north side and spans approximately 1.5 km. On the south side of the beach, the low tide transforms the landscape, offering a unique experience for beachgoers.
Plage de Kerver is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable visit for all. A long sand-colored mat provides wheelchair access, and there are public restrooms, including two urinals, at the south entrance.
Parking is available at Plage de Kerver, with a parking lot situated near the golf course, approximately 500 meters from the beach. Paid motorhome parking is also available in the surrounding area. However, parking can be limited during peak periods.
Despite its appeal, Plage de Kerver is not excessively crowded, even during the high season. This makes it a favorable destination for those seeking a tranquil beach experience. Known for its stunning sunsets, the beach is an ideal spot for evening visits.
