Kerynias Beach

Kerynias Beach is a sandy beach located in Paphos, specifically in the Peyia village, in close proximity to the well-known Coral Bay. Despite its location near the popular Coral Beach, Kerynias Beach is known for its tranquility, even during the high season. The beach is not typically crowded, providing a peaceful atmosphere for visitors. The natural characteristics of Kerynias Beach include clear water and fine sand. However, visitors should be aware of slippery rocks as they swim further into the water. Unfortunately, the beach has been reported to have issues with plastic pollution. As for amenities, Kerynias Beach is quite basic. There are no available sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, so visitors are advised to bring their own. Additionally, there are no public toilets or changing rooms available on the beach. Parking is available at the top of the hill, with stairs leading down to the beach. However, it should be noted that due to recent development in the area, access to the beach has been restricted. Only residents of the houses in the area can access this beach, limiting its accessibility to the broader public.
