Kotsinas Beach

Kotsinas Beach, is located in the northern region of the Greek island of Lemnos. The beach is characterized by its golden sand, shallow waters, and small sand dunes. The municipality also provides free umbrellas and sunbeds for beachgoers to use, enhancing the comfort and convenience of their visit. For additional convenience, there are showers available for use on the beach.

In terms of dining options, there are charming taverns situated right on the water at the entrance of the beach. These establishments primarily serve snack food, so visitors should note that full meals may not be available. However, they do offer a variety of local cuisine and traditional dishes and drinks.

An interesting feature of Kotsinas Beach is the small anchorage with fishing boats at the edge of the beach. Nearby, visitors can also find the church of Zoodochos Pigi, which houses an underground holy water spring. The churchyard features a statue of the local heroine Maroula and the ruins of the medieval castle of Kotsinas, adding to the historical charm of the area.
