Playa de la Caleta

Playa de la Caleta is a secluded beach located off the main road leading to Maro beach. The beach is known for its clear waters and is a popular spot for snorkeling due to the diverse array of fish that inhabit the waters. One of the beach's most captivating features is a waterfall to the left, which draws adventure seekers on SUP boards and kayaks. Accessing the beach requires a bit of effort. Visitors must park their cars on the road and embark on a picturesque journey along a rural road, followed by a descent down a series of stairs. The walk to the beach takes approximately 15-25 minutes. Despite its natural beauty, some visitors have noted that the beach could benefit from maintenance. There have also been reports of an unusual smell, possibly due to algae. The beach is often crowded, and there are no amenities such as shade or kayaks available.
