Beach de L'Almanarre

The Beach de l’Almanarre, situated on the west coast of the Giens peninsula, 7 kilometres south of Hyères, France, is a picturesque and expansive shoreline stretching 4 kilometres, boasting crystal-clear and azure waters. It is a perfect destination for family outings as the water is shallow towards the far end of the beach. Water sports enthusiasts also relish the deeper sections of the beach due to the mistral winds. Additionally, the beach serves as the venue for the annual world cup in funboard and kite surfing. Flamboyant flamingos can also be observed by taking a leisurely stroll towards the saltwater marshes. Visitors can find a nearby bar for refreshments and parking facilities; however, during the summer months, finding a spot may prove challenging.
