It's important to note that due to the rocky nature of the beach, it is recommended for visitors to wear aqua shoes for safety. Access to Plage de l’Arène is through a somewhat steep path. The entrance may not be immediately noticeable as it initially appears to be a blocked street. However, the beach is just a short 50-meter walk from the available parking area. Parking is somewhat limited, with space for only around 10-15 vehicles. Visitors should note that the last stretch of the road leading to the beach is one-way, so parking is situated on the left side in a paid parking lot. To reach Plage de l’Arène, one needs to head towards Cap Canaille from the city center of Cassis. After passing the Cassis stadium, a right turn after the vineyard leads to the beach. Despite being a little off the beaten path, the tranquility and natural beauty of Plage de l’Arène make the journey worthwhile.
