Long Beach

Long Beach is a long, narrow beach known for its soft sand and semi-clear blue water. The beach is not suitable for snorkeling as visibility decreases with depth. The water at Long Beach is calm, with a very soft tide, making it ideal for swimming. The beach is generally clean, although some areas may have plastic rubbish washed ashore by the tide and wind. The beach is accessible via a dirt road, which may be slippery after rainfall. It is recommended to use a motorbike for transportation, although the road can be steep and bumpy with partial gravel roads, so caution is advised for beginner drivers. Despite the somewhat challenging access, many visitors feel the journey is worth it for the peace and quiet offered by the beach. Long Beach is often not crowded, giving it the feel of a private beach. However, there are no shops or vendors on the beach, so visitors should plan accordingly. Some areas of the beach may have sharp stones and a muddy seabed. For a slightly different beach experience, Little Long Beach is located nearby. Visitors to Long Beach are encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of the beach by not leaving any trash behind.
