McBrides Beach

McBrides Beach is a mesmerizing and secluded beach located in the northern part of Booti Booti National Park at Cape Hawke in Forster. Access to the beach is only possible via a steep walking track, which was completed in 2020. The foot track to McBrides Beach starts at a carpark halfway up a hill. A connecting track to Burgess Beach also starts from this location. Additionally, a foot track to a lookout point starts at a carpark at the top of the hill where the road ends. The walk from the carpark to the beach is approximately eight minutes.

The beach is not patrolled, and there is no 4WD access. Camping is also not permitted on the beach. Visitors can swim in the rock area on the south end of the beach or on the beach itself. The north end of the beach features a small cave. Wildlife, such as goannas and occasionally snakes, can be spotted on the beach.
