Mindalong Beach

Mindalong Beach is a quiet and serene location, often described as one of the best beaches by visitors. It is known for its compact sand that doesn't easily blow in the face, making it a comfortable place for beachgoers. The water temperature is pleasant, although the seabed can be a bit uneven. The beach is also characterized by its lack of surf, due to very few waves, making it an easy place to swim with no rocks in the water. The beach is easily accessible with a short walk from the Mindalong Beach Park. However, the car park at the beach is relatively small, which can be a bit of a challenge during peak times. Additional parking is available up the street for those who don't mind a bit of a walk. One unique feature of Mindalong Beach is the designated nudist section, which starts approximately 150 meters south of the wooden viewing platform. This section of the beach is kept clean and is marked by signs, although they are a bit low to the ground. It should be noted that there are no toilets on-site, so visitors would need to head north towards Back Beach for such facilities. Despite its tranquility, the beach can get a bit crowded with paragliders during windy days. However, there's miles of empty space to the south of the beach, providing ample room for everyone. Visitors are advised to bring a beach umbrella as the sun can get quite warm.
