Plage du Minou

Plage du Minou is a beautiful beach located approximately 20 minutes by car from the center of Brest. The beach offers magnificent views overlooking Crozon, les tas de pois, and le Goulet de Brest. It is known for its powerful beachbreak, making it a popular spot for surfing and bodyboarding. The beach is divided into two main areas. The left side of the beach is ideal for relaxing and swimming. The other side is often occupied by a surf school. Near the beach, there is a lighthouse, which is a great place to watch the sunset or observe the sea during rough weather. Plage du Minou is easily accessible with plenty of parking available for visitors. It also features public toilets for convenience. The beach can be reached via the coastal path leading to the Petit Minou lighthouse.
