The road, while asphalted, becomes narrow and steep after Apiranthos, so it is advised to drive slowly and make stops to appreciate the scenic views. Given the limited local transportation, visitors are recommended to rent a car or motorbike for ease of access. A medical center is available in the nearby village of Apiranthos for any medical needs.
Despite the increase in visitor activity during peak tourist seasons, Moutsouna Beach maintains its sense of serenity and isolation, particularly during low and middle seasons. This lack of crowding, combined with its natural beauty and historical charm, makes Moutsouna Beach an appealing destination for those seeking a peaceful and unique beach experience.
