Müritz Sandstrand is a beach located in a nature reserve, surrounded by a forest. It is known for its beautiful sandy shore and clean, shallow waters. However, due to its status as a nature reserve, visitors are no longer permitted to swim there. The beach is situated near a holiday park, which has a mini market within a 7-minute walk from the beach. The beach also features public toilets and a restaurant, although the latter is only open from noon. Despite these amenities, some visitors may find the beach less suitable for toddlers due to the presence of many fist-sized stones in the water, particularly up to 20 meters from the shore.
