Naturist Beach Erdeven-Kerminihy is a significant naturist beach located in Morbihan, known for its expansive length of over 2 kilometers. It is recognized for its practice of naturism, which is permitted throughout the entire stretch of the beach.
The beach is characterized by its abundant space, providing visitors with a non-crowded environment. This makes it an ideal location for those seeking a complete tan or a tranquil place to unwind with the soothing sound of the ocean. It is particularly admired for its natural beauty, featuring a stunning sea view that enhances its allure. However, there are only a few areas on the beach where swimming is permitted.
The beach is easily accessible through various modes of transportation, including on foot, by bike, or by car. Visitors can find it marked as no. 9 on the information boards along the coastal road, assisting in easy navigation. To reach the beach, one can head towards the south of the Etel river estuary. A height restriction barrier of 2.0m is in place, but a narrow path lined with large stones on both sides is available.
There are three parking areas available for visitors. One option is to park in the small area on the bend or proceed to the car park at the end, which leads to the middle of the beach. Alternatively, visitors can turn left after the height barrier, follow the uneven road, then bear right and park at the far end of the car park. From there, it is a maximum 100m walk to the eastern end of the naturist beach.
Despite its vast size and beauty, Naturist Beach Erdeven-Kerminihy is not overly crowded, even during the summer months. For example, in the early days of August, the beach is known to have fewer visitors, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
