El Tablero: Nudism Laws
In Spain, public nudity is legal but not entirely unrestricted. Laws against public disturbance may lead to legal consequences if nudity provokes or disturbs others. While it is tolerated, nudity is typically confined to designated nudist beaches and naturist camps. Topless sunbathing, however, is a common sight on most Spanish beaches and is widely accepted.
