Plaża Osetnik, also known as Stilo, is a beach located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship of Poland, specifically within the village of Sasino. Its location on the Słowińskie Coast, near the Chełst River, places it in the heart of the Coastal Landscape Protected Area and close to the Mierzeja Sarbska Nature Reserve. The beach is nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by a forest rich with blueberries and melodious bird songs, offering visitors a tranquil retreat from the urban hustle.
The beach is known for its stunning white sand, which is soft and comparable to that found on tropical beaches. Its natural beauty is further accentuated by the lack of commercialization, with no vendors selling food or rows of beach umbrellas crowding the view. Reaching Plaża Osetnik is achievable by private cars or buses that travel to Sasino from Władysławowo, as there is no direct train access. From the parking area, visitors have the option to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers through the fragrant forest or take a melex ride from the fish fryer in Stilo. Despite the long walk from the parking area, the journey is considered worthwhile due to the beach's natural allure.
While the beach is practically empty during the winter season, offering a serene and peaceful environment. Nevertheless, Plaża Osetnik remains a pristine and untouched natural setting for those seeking a peaceful retreat by the sea.
