Paralia Armeos is a small, picturesque beach known for its nudist-friendly environment. It is a mixed straight/gay beach, attracting many visitors from the main town. The beach is characterized by its clear, cool waters and beautiful sunsets. However, visitors are advised to stay away from the rocks due to the presence of sea urchins.
The beach has a unique natural landscape, with a few sandy sections interspersed within the pebbly parts. These sandy circles provide comfortable sitting areas for visitors. The beach is also adorned with nice shrubbery and a water spring at the back, adding to its charm.
Despite its size, the beach offers a laid-back atmosphere with a few spots under the trees for shade. However, visitors are advised to bring their own umbrellas and drinks as it can get very hot. The beach is also home to a few 'residents' who live in tents at the back, contributing to its unique atmosphere.
Access to Paralia Armeos is relatively easy, with steps starting at the beginning of the seaside parking area on Galissas. However, the path to the beach involves going over a hill, with only the beginning of the road being built-up. The remainder of the path is a steep hillside trail. Despite this, the beach's proximity to the main town makes it a popular destination for short visits.
