Plages du Soleil

Plages du Soleil is a medium-sized sandy beach located in Golfe Juan. It is known for its kid-friendly environment and gently shelving shoreline, although it can be a bit sea weedy near the shore. The beach is less crowded compared to nearby beaches such as Ponteil and Juan Des Pins in Antibes. Access to the beach is convenient with a big car park, Indigo, located just 5 minutes away. The car park rarely gets full, making it easy for visitors to find parking. In addition to parking, the beach is also near a marina, adding to its accessibility. The beach tends to get busy, especially during the peak months of July and August. Locals, particularly the older generation, are known to set up their umbrellas and beach chairs next to the shoreline early in the morning. Plages du Soleil offers various amenities for its visitors. These include toilets, showers, and a drinks bar. However, there have been instances where the toilets were out of service. The beach is also praised for its clean sand and warm water. Nearby, visitors can find a good restaurant and a pub. The area also offers plenty of parking spaces. Despite its popularity, the beach was observed to be less busy than usual due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and most of the promenade restaurants were partially open.
