Playa de la Albufereta

Playa de la Albufereta is a beach located in Albufereta, Alicante, situated away from the city center. The beach is tranquil and hygienic, nestled in a small bay at Cap de l'Horta, concealed from the coastal road and sheltered by a park and high wall. Tourists can discover Roman ruins on the northern end of the beach. The beach is 400m long and composed of fine golden sand. The bay is well-protected, and there are seldom any large waves. Although there are no restaurants directly on the beach, a sailing club's clubhouse provides food and beverages. The beach is a prevalent vacation spot on the Costa Blanca and is suitable for families with children. Amenities on the beach include restrooms, showers, lifeguard services, and loungers.
