Playa del Puente del Vigia is a beach situated in western Andalusia, 25 km away from Huelva. The beach is sheltered from the open sea by a lengthy breakwater and is nestled in a vast dune landscape behind a coastal settlement. However, it is important to note that the water quality may not always be optimal due to the presence of chemical industries upstream. Despite this, the beach offers a calm and uncommercialized atmosphere and is not overcrowded during the summer months. Dogs are permitted on the beach and there is only one beach bar that serves small dishes and occasionally hosts parties on weekends. Windsurfing and kitesurfing are feasible in the eastern part of the beach, but visitors must bring their own equipment. Amenities such as toilets, bars, restaurants, and a parking area are available.
