Playa de Ponce

The water at Playa de Ponce is generally clean, although it is not recommended for swimming due to the rocky nature of the beach. Playa de Ponce is a quiet beach, offering a serene environment for visitors. It does not have many amenities and there is not much room to walk along the beach due to its rocky nature. However, it is a beautiful place to sit and look out to the ocean, making it a worthwhile stop for those who appreciate natural beauty. The area surrounding the beach is also notable for its artistic flair, with murals and artwork adorning the road and sometimes the beach itself. A notable landmark near the beach is a cemetery with cool murals painted on the wall around it. In the past, there used to be residences close to the beach, with houses as close as 5ft off the sands of Playa de Ponce. However, all that remains now is a pier, adding to the nostalgic charm of the beach.
