Pori Beach

Pori Beach is a beautiful sandy beach located on the east side of Koufinisia island. It is the only sandy beach on the island, making it a unique spot for visitors. Despite the presence of yachts and boats, the beach maintains its charm and is ranked as one of the top beaches in Koufinisia. The beach is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, providing a cool and calm environment. It is less crowded than other tourist spots on the island, offering a more relaxed locale. This makes it a perfect place for a quiet dip in the sea, a picnic, or a relaxing day with friends or a significant other. Getting to Pori Beach can be done by taking a bus boat from the Finika stop. However, the timetable for the bus boat is not always accurate, so it is recommended to call ahead to check the schedule. It is also noted that the beach is close to the harbour. The beach does not have any restaurants or vendors, so visitors are advised to bring their own food and drinks. Despite this, Pori Beach remains a must-visit spot in Koufinisia due to its natural beauty and tranquility.
