There is also a local transport option, a jeepney from Naga to Libmanan, followed by a habal habal ride to Bahao. From there, a boat ride is required to reach Poro Island.
Despite the somewhat difficult journey, many visitors find the trip to Poro Beach to be worth it. The beach is not overly crowded, and the local people are known to be very accommodating. However, it is advised to bring your own food and drinks as the options on the island are limited.
