On the Croatian island of Rab, in the Kvarner region, there is a sandy beach Sahara. Sahara is surrounded by a pine forest, which provides perfect protection from the strong sun. The beach can be reached by boat or on foot, via a marked path that leads through the forest. In addition, there is a lot of wild vegetation on the beach, which makes the Sahara one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Croatia. Besides the part which is intended for ordinary visitors, Sahara beach is popular among nudists, as well as among those who like to enjoy time away from the crowds and noise. There are no restaurants or any other facilities on the beach, so you should keep in mind that if you want to visit the Sahara, then you should bring food and water with you. There is a parking lot nearby.
