Samandağ Plaji

Samandağ Plaji is a beautiful, long sandy beach located in Turkey, approximately one hour away from Hatay. It is known for being one of the longest beaches in the country, with a length of 14 kilometers. The beach is characterized by its fine, copper-colored sand and clean sea, which does not deepen immediately, making it a great spot for swimming and having fun. The beach is surrounded by various shops and restaurants, although the number of facilities is considered small for such a large area. It is also noted that the beach could benefit from further development and maintenance. The beach is accessible by bus, with the cleaner and more beautiful parts of the beach located further south, beyond the last bus stop. However, it is important to note that the roads leading to the beach are a bit rough due to ongoing road works. Unfortunately, the beach lacks shower facilities, which is a point of concern for some visitors. Despite these challenges, Samandağ Plaji remains a magnificent location that holds great potential for tourism.
