Samurai Nudist Beach

Samurai Nudist Beach is a stunning beach located just on the north end of One Mile Beach at Anna Bay, south of Port Stephen’s (Nelson Bay), less than an hour north of Newcastle. The beach is known for its amazing vistas and soft sand. The weather is good most of the year and doesn't have too much rain. The beach is accessible via a 4WD track, which can be a bit challenging due to the soft sand. Visitors are advised to be careful not to get their 4WD stuck in the sand. It's also possible to drive on the beach and set up a car for the day. The beach is fairly busy, especially during the early New Year period. It attracts a mix of nudists and non-nudists. Despite its name, the beach seems to be more family-oriented than strictly nudist. There are no specific amenities on the beach, but there is a camping area on the north end of the beach. However, there is no water or power, and visitors are asked to take their rubbish away with them when they leave. For those looking for food and shopping options, Port Stephen’s is just a short drive away. Behind Samurai Beach is a Koala sanctuary located in the grounds of the Treescape Holiday Park. The beach is also a great place for whale watching, and the Myall Lakes are just a short drive to the north.
