Praia de San Román

Praia de San Román is a stunning beach known for its unique natural characteristics. The beach is adorned with cliffs and rock formations that resemble knife edges extending into the water. The middle part of the beach is sandy, and to the right, nestled between the rock formations, is a smaller beach that likely disappears at high tide. A notable feature is a cave located at the end of this smaller beach.

The water at Praia de San Román is very clear, and during the summer months, particularly in July, the water temperature is quite pleasant. Despite its natural beauty, the area around the beach could use some maintenance. There are two wooden boardwalks that lead to the beach but end abruptly before reaching it. Visitors have to walk around these boardwalks and through a small river to reach the beach.

Praia de San Román is known for its tranquility, especially during the off-peak season in September. Despite some infrastructure issues, the beach's natural beauty and serene atmosphere make it a noteworthy destination.
