Sarah Beach

Sarah Beach is a small, secluded cove located approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the port in Symi. The beach is characterized by its clear, safe-to-swim water and rocky terrain. Visitors are advised to wear water shoes or sturdy flip flops due to the pebbly and rocky entrance to the water. The beach is accessible via two sets of steps on the right after walking up the hill from the port. Despite its rocky nature, the beach offers a few large flat rocks that are comfortable for sunbathing and some shaded areas for those seeking relief from the sun. The beach is also suitable for snorkeling, although it may not be the most exciting area for this activity. There are no toilet facilities at the beach. The beach is not typically crowded, making it an idyllic spot for those seeking a quiet, non-touristic beach experience.
