St Margaret's Bay Beach

St Margaret's Bay Beach is a shingle beach situated in St Margaret's Bay, featuring a picturesque view of white chalk cliffs in the background. Access to the beach car park is possible via a steep, narrow road with blind corners. The beach comprises mostly of shingle and features wooden groynes, with rock pools visible during low tide. The beach offers breathtaking views of the Channel and the White Cliffs of Dover. It serves as a starting point for swimming across the Channel and mobile phone signal may connect to French networks. The Pines Gardens, St Margaret's Museum, and a house that was once owned by Noel Coward are some attractions located near the beach. Dogs must be on leads at all times and are not allowed on the beach from May to September end. The parking facility is available for approximately 30 cars at a fee. Toilets, bars, and restaurants are some of the amenities available at the beach.
