Station Beach

Station Beach is a calm and child-friendly location, ideal for those seeking respite from the more turbulent waves of the nearby Palm Beach ocean side. The beach is surrounded by lush greenery, offering beautiful views of the harbour. However, it is important to note that this beach is not suitable for swimming. One of the main attractions of Station Beach is the trail leading up to a hilltop lighthouse. The trail starts from the north of the beach and offers stunning views from the cliffs at the top. From this vantage point, visitors can enjoy incredible views of Palm Beach, with the harbour on one side and the sea on the other. The trail also features several hanging rocks, which can make for memorable photographs, although caution is advised. In terms of amenities, Station Beach offers opportunities for walking, swimming, and hiking. However, visitors should be aware that parking can be expensive, with costs reaching up to $20 for a couple of hours. As an alternative, visitors might consider parking on Beach Road and walking a short distance to the beach.
