Plaża Stegna Morska is a popular seaside beach located in the town of Stegna within the Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland. It is a main attraction for tourists seeking activities like swimming, sunbathing and a range of other beachside activities. The beach is situated approximately 1500 metres from the town's main street and can be accessed through a walkway that leads through a coastal forest and dunes covered in pine trees. There are also a number of holiday resorts located closer to the beach, around 800 to 1000 metres away.
The beach's natural characteristics include a lengthy stretch of sand measuring 14 km, making it an ideal spot for watching the sunset. Although it can get crowded near the main entrances during the season, it is less crowded if one walks a bit further. Despite the absence of changing cabins, a feature common to many Polish beaches, Plaża Stegna Morska offers a variety of attractions and amenities for visitors. These include water slides, trampolines, and playgrounds for children. During the summer, there are two guarded swimming areas at the beach, namely Stegna I and Stegna II.
The beach is known for its good transportation connections with Warsaw, Łódź, and Śląsk, making it easily accessible for visitors. Stegna is also a good starting point for exploring nearby cities such as Gdansk, Elblag, and Malbork. Despite its popularity, the beach is less crowded during the summer season, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment for visitors. The surrounding area is also known for its restaurants serving fresh fish, adding to the overall appeal of the location.
