The Beach Tintagel is a picturesque location located in a small cove at the base of a valley in Cornwall, UK. Although often unnoticed, it is situated in the shadow of the Tintagel Castle which adds to its beauty. The beach is accessible by navigating a steep cliff path. To the north, a waterfall cascades from the stream running through the valley, while to the south, Merlin's Cave, a 300ft tunnel beneath Tintagel island and castle, can be found. The beach is sandy and disappears during high tide. Various car parks in Tintagel are available for parking.
