The beach is primarily composed of small stones and pebbles, with some areas offering sand. Due to its rocky nature, it may be difficult to drive an umbrella into the ground, though a few stones and wet sand might suffice. The beach gets deep quickly, making it less suitable for small children.
Zelenka Beach is unmanaged, meaning there are no services such as restrooms, lifeguards, or shops available. Visitors should come prepared. The beach is shielded by Cape Kaliakra, resulting in relatively calm seas even when there are high waves at other nearby beaches.
The beach line is very narrow and may not be very comfortable for some. Parking near the beach can be challenging due to limited spaces. Despite these factors, Zelenka Beach is recommended for those seeking a quiet, relaxing afternoon away from major beaches and complexes.
