The beach is also home to a local surf club and a surf practice area. The lifeguard service operates from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, ensuring the safety of visitors engaging in these activities.
Access to Antilla Beach is convenient, with a marina called Puerto Deportivo de Orio located 0.4 km away. Visitors can reach the beach on foot or by car, with the nearest motorway being A-8 and N-634. However, the beach does not offer parking facilities, so visitors are advised to plan their visits accordingly.
