Cennet Koyu

Cennet Koyu, which translates to 'heaven area', is a picturesque beach located less than 10 minutes away from a bustling beach area. The beach is nestled amidst a forest, providing a serene escape from the usual beach crowds. However, visitors are advised to be cautious about fire hazards, as the area is home to a variety of birds and small animals.

The beach is known for its clear and shiny sea, which is often compared to a large pool. The water is teeming with different types of fish, making it a great spot for swimming. However, the beach does not have a proper sandy area, and the shore can be rocky in places. Visitors are recommended to bring water shoes to avoid stepping on sea hedgehogs and to navigate the rocky areas comfortably.

The beach offers both sun and shade, with a pine tree forest nearby where visitors can find respite from the sun. However, the main beach area can get crowded due to tourist ships anchoring nearby. There are also smaller, more secluded spots along the seaside for those seeking a more tranquil experience.

Access to the beach can be challenging, especially on foot, and it is not recommended for camping as there are no facilities available for this purpose. Furthermore, signs indicate that camping is illegal in the area. Despite these challenges, the beach offers a breathtaking view from South to North, especially if one takes the difficult but rewarding forest trail leading up to a vantage point.
